Usually about a week - the farther you plan out the better !

Yes, however we need to purchase a permit which takes about a week for NYS - so please contact us 2 -3 in advance.

We charge based on what makes sense for our customer. If we are travling long distance we usually charge 5 dollars per loaded mile.
However if we have to do manual labor (like loading wine crates or hay bales) we charge by the hour, usually 90-120 per hour.
We are always more than happy to work with our customers to keep your costs down.

After your load is completed we send you your invoice by mail or E-mail (which ever is perfered for you) You can call us with a credit card or send a check / cash.
